This is a beautifully elegant building with a charming hostess. Right in the centre of everything in town. Good car park. Comfortable quiet bedroom, with very high-tech lighting, curtains and a huge TV. Good WiFi. Lovely bathroom with good shower and nice toiletries. I didn't like the long shallow double washbasin with no plug - hard to wash your face with that and it would have been impossible to rinse out anything that needed it but otherwise completely perfect. Breakfast was really nice - pancakes produced without asking, plenty of fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice. Eggs also offered. A wonderful finish to our short holiday.

The owner offers a perfect hospitality in a sublime setting. |We felt really welcome from the minute we've entered the hotel and that we were encountered personaly by the owner. |The building combines historical elements with contemporary lighting and furniture, creating a very nice setting and fantastic atmosphere. |Very light and clean bathroom equipped with a rain shower and foreseen with all of the toiletries.|Very comfy bed within a nice and clean bedroom.|Breakfast was prepared with care and focus on providing the guests with all that one can wish for.|The lounge offers a very cosy place to have a drink.|The hotel entree is a piece of art.

We loved this hotel, the decor is to the highest standard and taste. Warm and friendly welcome and always willing to assist. Very clean and the breakfast option very good. Perfect location in the centre of town. Had a feeling of calm of relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

First class in every respect. Great location close to the main squares, beautiful spacious rooms that are immaculately clean and well appointed, comfy beds, excellent breakfast, and private car-parking. Lovely owner and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

What a stunning place. Rooms are gorgeous and loads of little nice touches in room like toiletries, coffee facilities and minibar. The host does a fantastic job running this little gem. Will definitely return.

We were bowled over with how delightful this B&B is. If you're planning to stay in Leper/Ypres then this is a great location as very central, with about a 10 minute or so walk from the station. We were cared for with some lovely breakfasts over a wide selection. My first trip to Belgium but for the care given it won't be our last.

High quality provision in all respects: sympathetic but modern renovation has created a property oozing quality, calmness and charm. We stayed in ‘The Safe’ comprising a superb bathroom and well-appointed spacious room. The parking and lift were a bonus for me as my COPD was exacerbated at the time of our stay. The hosts were very friendly, informative and helpful.
